Ticcoma Green will be a thoughtfully designed apartment community located in the heart of Nantucket, offering a balanced blend of island tradition, modern convenience, and everyday comfort. Comprising 64 apartment homes, the community will reflect Nantucket’s timeless character while supporting a connected, sustainable lifestyle.
Situated mid-island and a short ride from Nantucket’s historic town center and wharf, Ticcoma Green places residents close to the island’s most valued destinations. Nearby conveniences include shopping and dining, Nantucket Memorial Airport, Nantucket Cottage Hospital, Nantucket High School, and cultural landmarks such as the Nantucket Whaling Museum. Whether commuting, running errands, or enjoying a day downtown, everything is within easy reach.
The community will be located along the Sconset Path, a beloved island trail ideal for walking, biking, and enjoying Nantucket’s scenic landscapes. On-site features to include community garden space, EV charging infrastructure, playground and resident-focused amenities designed to enhance daily living while supporting environmentally conscious choices.

Ticcoma Green is dedicated to supporting Nantucket's workforce with stable, affordable housing that strengthens our island community.

The community will consist of studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartment homes. There are 12 units set aside for applicants that are at or below 30% of the area median income. These units will be covered under Project-Based Section 8 and Massachusetts Rental Voucher Program contracts. Rent for these units will be 30% of household adjusted gross income. 15 units will be reserved for residents with incomes at or below 60% of area median income, 28 units will be reserved at or below 120% of area median income, and 9 units will be market rate.
All applicants for the income restricted units will be chosen by a lottery.
